How long does it take to complete the samples?

Generally speaking, it takes 1~2 days for plain sample and 5~7 days for printed sample after approval.


What quality management processes do you have in place to ensure consistency of quality?

We have dedicated Quality Control System throughout the supply and manufacturing process. Our skilled QC team inspect products based on the product specifications to ensure conformity.


What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Our MOQ is 5,000pcs. All our products are custom made and we have MOQ requirement to cover the large costs of machinery and tooling. If your order is less than 5,000pcs, the unit cost is expected to be much higher.


Under what circumstances will my price change?

Your price may be updated in the following circumstances,

  • Relatively big changes in size  

  • More color(s) is added

  • More special effect(s) is added

  • Specialty material(s) is added

  • Relatively big changes in order quantity, etc.


How much does it cost for sampling?

The CAD sample is free of charge and printed sample costs $300 per style. It can be refundable if the order is placed.


How long does it take to produce the order?

It depends on the complexity of product. Normally the lead time is 12~15 days for plain box and 17~22 days for printed box after confirmation. If the project requires specialty material, the lead time will be extended due to material purchasing.


What are the payment terms?

T/T, 30% deposit before production and balance before shipment released.


What is your approach towards communication?

Your have dedicated sales representative respond to all your questions. You will be updated constantly on the production progress. We deliver 24/7 customer support to your needs.


How do you deal with my rush order?

We recommend you to tell us the situation before placing the order. We will work hard to meet your proposed deadline. If it's not workable, we will let you know asap.


What happens if I need to cancel an order?

For any canceled order, the buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the in-process goods and finished goods.
